These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Volyx Host, including server hosting, wallet billing, support tickets, and related platform features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, deploying a server, or using any Volyx Host service, you agree to these Terms and all policies linked from our Legal page.

2. Services

Volyx Host provides game and application hosting through Pterodactyl, wallet-based billing, deposit review, and customer support. Features may change as the platform evolves.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
You may not share accounts or impersonate other users.
We may suspend accounts that violate platform policies.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Servers are billed from your wallet balance based on plan and billing period.
Deposits via USDT or Qi Card are reviewed manually before credit.
Expired servers may be suspended and later deleted after the grace period.
Auto-renew applies only when enabled and your balance is sufficient.

5. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you:

Violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
Fail to pay for active services
Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
Attempt to compromise platform security
