We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service (see Subprocessors), advertising partners when ads are enabled (Google AdSense), or when required by law.

Volyx Host may display Google AdSense advertisements on selected public marketing pages. AdSense and related Google consent messaging load only when advertising is enabled in our configuration. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, personalized ads require a Google-certified consent experience (AdSense Privacy & Messaging / Funding Choices) when that integration is turned on. You can manage advertising choices through the consent interface when it is available, or via your browser controls.

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring to protect your information.
