Subprocessors

Volyx Host uses the following categories of subprocessors to operate the platform. This list may be updated as our infrastructure evolves.

• Cloud infrastructure & server nodes — hosting and compute
• Pterodactyl panel software — game/app server orchestration (self-hosted with Volyx)
• OAuth identity providers (for example Google / Discord) — sign-in when enabled
• MongoDB Atlas — database storage
• Groq — AI support triage and response (ticket content only)
• Email delivery providers — transactional notifications (SMTP)
• Payment review workflows — manual deposit verification (internal/admin)
• Google AdSense — display advertising on eligible public pages (when enabled)
• Google Funding Choices / AdSense Privacy & Messaging — consent messaging for advertising where configured

We will update this page when subprocessors change materially. Enterprise customers may request prior notice where applicable.
