Volyx Host offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligible Refunds

First-time purchases within 30 days if the service could not be used as advertised.
Duplicate or erroneous charges verified by our billing team.
Extended platform outages not covered by SLA credits (case-by-case).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Completed billing periods already consumed
Partial billing periods already consumed
Services terminated for policy violations
Third-party payment network fees

4. How to Request

Open a support ticket in the billing category with your transaction ID, server details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your wallet balance unless otherwise agreed.
