For customer account and billing data, Volyx Host acts as the data controller. For content you store on your servers, you are the controller and Volyx Host acts as a processor providing infrastructure.

We process personal data only to deliver the service, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

• Access control and authentication for staff systems
• Encryption in transit for web and API traffic
• Monitoring and audit logging for critical operations
• Vendor review for subprocessors handling personal data

We use vetted subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page. Data may be processed in regions where our infrastructure providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
